Delivery and Returns

Your order will be sent by courier, usually within 3-4 days for the UK.  A signature will be required upon delivery.

Unworn footwear may be returned to us for a refund within 14 days.  Alternatively, you can return the shoes to one of our stores.  Once the goods have been accepted back into stock, a full refund will be issued.  We regret that post and packing charges cannot be refunded.

What happens if I miss the delivery

If you miss a courier delivery it would be possible for you to contact the courier for you to re-arrange delivery. The details of which can be found on the card that the courier would have left on the first delivery attempt.

What happens if an item is lost in transit

In the rare event that an item can become 'lost in the post', we will need to investigate this with the courier. We aim to resolve these issues as quick as possible to maximise our service. If the courier confirms that the items have not been delivered, and you have waited up to 14 days we will re-send the item no questions asked. However in the event that the courier proves an item has been delivered and receipt confirmed, we will investigate the case with the courier during which period we would appreciate your patience. We aim to resolve all such issues in a timely manner.
