Custom-made Orthotics

Custom-made orthotics are made on-site using an advanced CAD-CAM scanner and mill using computer aided technology. Your foot will first be scanned and a digital image produced on a computer. Your insole is then designed around that image, using computer aided design (CAD) technology. The insole design with all its inbuilt specifications is the sent electronically to a computer aided manufacturing (CAM) facility, where it is precisely milled, again by a computer.

And because we use the latest in-house CAD-CAM technology, we do not have to rely on outside providers, so our orthotic prices are extremely competitive.

Our Prescriptive Orthotics cost £190.00  (following assessment; includes fitting and follow-up appointment)

Off the shelf insoles cost £60.00  (following assessment)     

Insoles should be easily transferable between many types of shoe. But, if you prefer the convenience of leaving the insoles in your shoes, you can buy a second or third pair at a discount:-  second pair - £135.00,  third pair- £100.00

Orthotics for children 
Orthotics for children can be an expensive business for parents as they can grow out of them very quickly. To help with this problem we offer two solutions:

If your child grows out of their custom made orthotics within 9 months, a new pair will be made at a substantial discount

Our Podiatrists can prescribe ready- made insoles which are very economical to replace regularly.
